Every campaign, with the numbers attached
Most agencies publish results as a wall of sold stickers. These pages carry the valuation, the enquiry count, the calls answered and the fee, for every campaign we are able to publish.
What is on this page
One page per completed Unreserved campaign, each carrying the AI valuation the owner started with, what the campaign produced, and what it cost. Sales still under contract are not listed until they go unconditional.

Every campaign we can publish, most recent last.
What these pages do and do not show
Three rules govern what appears on these pages, and they are worth stating because they explain the gaps.
Sale prices appear only where the owner has agreed to publish them. Where an owner has chosen not to display their sale price, no figure appears, and nothing is published that would let you work it out. That is why one page here carries no dollar amount at all.
Time on market is counted to the day the sale was agreed, not to the day contracts were signed, which is usually a week or two later. Each page states its contract date so the two can be told apart.
A sale is only listed once it is unconditional. Properties under contract but not yet unconditional are not published here, because a contract that has not cleared its conditions is not yet a result.
Ben’s insightPublishing the enquiry counts is the part other agencies will not copy. A campaign that produced six enquiries looks worse on paper than one that produced thirty, right up until you notice the six turned into three registered bidders and the thirty turned into nothing. Volume is not the outcome. The outcome is the outcome.
The full comparison
These campaigns are compared side by side, with the valuation accuracy and the combined commission maths, in three homes, three states, no commission.
These pages cover what each campaign did. For what the owners thought of the service, every review we have received is published unedited on the reviews page.
