Campaign upgrades

Campaign upgrades. Optional, every single one.

Your flat fee already covers everything you need to sell your home. Nothing here is required, and nothing is added unless you ask for it.

How this works

Three rules. No fine print.

01

Every line is optional

Nothing here is bundled into your flat fee and nothing is added without you asking. Take the photography and skip the board. Take the board and skip the brochures. It is your campaign.

02

The price is the price

What you see is what you pay, including GST. The number does not move once you have said yes.

03

Paid up front, itemised

Upgrades are invoiced line by line before they are produced. Nothing is deducted at settlement and no bill arrives after the sale.

Common questions

What sellers ask before they add anything.

Do I have to buy any of these?

No. Your flat fee already covers the listing, both major portals, a For Sale board with installation and removal, the platform and the sale itself. Every item on this page is optional and nothing is added unless you ask for it.

What does property photography cost?

Professional shoots start at $215 for eight images and run to $530 for twelve images with a floorplan and site plan. Two aerial drone images are $190 and can be added to any package. Premium shoots start at $690. Free professional edits on photos you already have are included in every package at no charge.

Is a signboard included, or do I pay extra?

A standard For Sale board is included in your package, and so is installation before your first open and removal after settlement. You only pay if you want a larger board or one with your photography on it, which start at $105 and $255 respectively.

How much does a realestate.com.au upgrade cost?

realestate.com.au publishes no rate card and prices every postcode differently, so the same Premiere listing can cost a few hundred dollars in a quiet regional area and thousands in a premium metro suburb. Send us the address and we come back with the real Feature, Highlight and Premiere prices for your suburb, plus an honest read on whether an upgrade is worth it at all.

When do I pay for upgrades?

Upgrades are invoiced line by line before they are produced. Nothing is deducted at settlement, there is no commission at any sale price, and no bill arrives after the sale.
