Lite agent upgrades
Bring in a licensed agent, only when you need one.
You run your campaign. If you want a little extra help along the way, or you would rather not do the negotiating yourself, we are here for that part. Nothing is paid when you start, and you can book any of it mid-campaign. No lock-in, no commission.
The upgrades
Three jobs worth handing over.
Most sellers run the whole campaign themselves and do just fine. But if you want a little extra assistance along the way, or you do not feel confident negotiating, these are the three jobs a licensed agent can pick up for you. You pay nothing for any of them when you start, and nothing at all unless you use one.
Book them from your dashboard whenever you need them, right up to the day they run. Nothing is deducted from your sale, and no commission is charged on the result.
Available in all states
When the interest comes in, we step in to close it out.
Not everyone wants to haggle over their own home, and you do not have to. A licensed agent qualifies the buyer, pushes the price, manages competing offers and gets it signed. You still decide what you accept.
$299 per negotiationCapped at $1,000 per campaign. Once you reach the cap, every negotiation after it is free.
Book it the day you need it, not at the start of your campaign. Requires a signed agency agreement, and your agent acts on your behalf for the negotiation only.

Someone else opens the door.
A licensed agent runs the inspection end to end. Buyer registration, questions answered properly, feedback captured and follow-up handled.

Book inspections as you schedule them, mid-campaign. Available on Lite Plus campaigns in Victoria.
Victoria only
Ben Williams calls your auction.
Over a decade in Melbourne’s market and one of Victoria’s most requested auctioneers. Twenty plus agencies book him for their own listings. On a Lite campaign you get the same auctioneer they do.
$400 per auctionPaid when you book the auctioneer, not at the start of your campaign. Covers pre-auction strategy, the call on the day, and post-auction negotiation.
Refunded in full if you sell more than 7 days out from auction day. Requires a signed agency agreement. Melbourne and surrounds.
Watch Ben call one. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play.
What is available, where, and on which tier.
All three show here whatever tier you are on, because it is worth knowing what upgrading unlocks. None of them is paid for at signup, and none is bundled into your Lite fee.

Before your first upgrade
Why you sign an agency agreement
Negotiating a sale and calling an auction are things only a licensed agent can do for you. The moment we do either, we are acting as your agent, and the law requires that to be in writing.
So before your first upgrade runs, you sign a short agency agreement. It covers the specific service you have bought and nothing more.
- It does not appoint us to sell your property.
- It does not give us exclusivity.
- It does not create a commission entitlement.
You stay in control of the campaign. We are engaged for the task, and only the task.
COMMON QUESTIONS
The things sellers ask us first.
Quick, plain answers on how the upgrades actually work.
Do I pay for any of this when I sign up?
No. Your Lite fee is your Lite fee. Nothing on this page is added to it, bundled into it, or charged when your campaign starts.
You pay for an upgrade only when you book one, and only for the ones you actually use. Plenty of sellers run a full campaign and never buy any of them.
Do I have to sign anything before buying an upgrade?
For agent-led negotiation and auctioneering, yes. Both involve a licensed agent acting on your behalf, so a written agency agreement has to be in place before the work starts. You sign it once, at your first upgrade, and it carries across the campaign.
Agent-run open homes do not require one. The agent is presenting the property and capturing feedback, not negotiating or selling on your behalf.
What exactly does the agency agreement cover?
The specific service you have bought, and nothing else. It names the task, the fee you have already been quoted, and the period it applies to.
It does not appoint us to sell your property, it does not give us exclusivity, and it does not create a commission entitlement. Your listing, your price, your decisions.
Can I add upgrades mid-campaign?
Yes. That is how most sellers use them, and it is the point of pricing them separately. You add an upgrade from your campaign dashboard the moment you need it, which for negotiation is usually as soon as serious interest comes in.
Nothing needs to be decided or paid at signup, and choosing one upgrade does not commit you to the others.
What happens if I do not use all 8 inspections?
The pack stays live for the length of your campaign, and unused inspections are not refunded. Buying the pack is buying the rate, which is why it lands under $190 an inspection against $250 for singles.
If your property sells in week two, you have almost certainly saved money anyway. If you are unsure how many opens you will run, start with singles and move to the pack when you know.
Why are some upgrades Victoria only?
Because the people doing the work have to be physically there. Open homes and auctions need a licensed agent standing in your property, and our agent and auctioneer bench is currently Victorian.
Negotiation is different. It happens on the phone, so we offer it in every state.
Is the auction fee refunded if the property sells prior?
Refunded, as long as you sell more than 7 days out from auction day. Sell early and the $400 comes back to you in full.
Inside the final 7 days it is not refunded. By that point the auctioneer has held the date, done the pre-auction preparation and turned other work away.
Can I buy negotiation upgrades one at a time?
Yes. There is no pack and no bundle. You pay $299 when you want an agent to take a negotiation, and nothing when you do not.
The cap does the rest. Once you have paid $1,000 in a campaign, every negotiation after that is free.
Not sure which one you need?
Tell us where your campaign is at and we will tell you honestly whether you need a hand or not. No pitch.
