*FSBO total reflects typical DIY costs: third-party portal listing fees, your own photography, signboard, and conveyancing. It excludes the time and risk of running the sale yourself. The traditional agent figure assumes ~2.3% commission plus a marketing package on a $1.5M sale. Unreserved fees are flat: Basic ($500, Domain only) and Lite ($900) are paid up front, and Plus is $2,000 up front with $4,900 on a successful sale.
