The first weekend is the whole campaign.
Most listings get the highest concentration of buyer interest in their first 7 days online. Get the price wrong, the photos wrong, or the paperwork delayed — and you spend the next month chasing the same buyers who already wrote you off.

THE 30-DAY PLAN

Phase 01 · Days 1 – 7 · Strategy
Decide the why, the when, and the how much.
Before you touch a paintbrush, lock in your strategy. Confirm your selling timeline, run an AI valuation, choose your sales method (private treaty, auction, or reverse auction), and set a non-negotiable walk-away price.

Phase 02 · Days 7 – 14 · Paperwork
Lock in the legals. Quietly.
Vendor disclosure documents (Section 32 in VIC, equivalents elsewhere) take 7–14 days to assemble. Get this running early so it’s not the bottleneck the day you want to go live. Engage a conveyancer, gather rates and OC certificates, confirm any easements or restrictions on title.
Phase 03 · Days 14 – 21 · Presentation
Make the home market-ready.
Declutter every room. Repaint scuffed walls. Refresh the front entry. Style the kitchen, master bedroom, and main living area — these are the photos that win clicks. Book professional photography, drone shots, and a floorplan. If you’re using Unreserved Plus, this is all included.

Approve the listing copy, lock in the price guide, confirm placement on Domain, realestate.com.au, Homely, and View. Schedule the first open inspection for a Saturday 10am – 11am, brief the AI inspection agent on the property’s specifics, and prepare to handle enquiries.
