Ben spent 15+ years as a licensed estate agent and ran over 2,000 auctions before founding Unreserved. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property and Valuation from RMIT, and built and exited an earlier proptech company. He is licensed across VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and WA.

What’s the difference between Unreserved and Unreserved Plus?
Both are flat-fee and both give you the full Unreserved platform: AI valuation, listing on every major portal, the 24/7 AI Inspection Agent and online auction tools. Unreserved ($900) is self-run, so you manage the campaign. Plus ($6,900) adds a dedicated, licensed campaign manager who coordinates photography, writes the copy, sets the pricing strategy, runs the negotiation and stays with you to settlement.
How and when do I pay the $6,900?
It’s a flat fee, split to keep your up-front cost low: $2,000 to start your campaign and $4,900 when your home sells. There’s no commission and no percentage of your sale price. The fee is the same whether your home sells for $800,000 or $1.8M.
Is the campaign manager a licensed agent?
Yes. Licensed estate agents founded Unreserved with 25+ years of combined experience and 2,000+ auctions behind them, and we’re licensed in every Australian state. On Plus, that licensed team runs your campaign directly. You’re not handed to a call centre.
Do you actually list on realestate.com.au and Domain?
Yes. Your home goes live on realestate.com.au, Domain and the other major portals under our licence, the same shopfront agents use. Plus also adds social promotion and targeted buyer outreach.
How do you keep buyers genuine?
Buyers verify their identity through Stripe before they bid or transact, so you deal with real, checked people. It’s the kind of vetting an agent does in the background, built into the platform.
What if a buyer wants to negotiate hard?
On Plus, your campaign manager runs the negotiation for you, lays out every offer with the numbers behind it, and can recommend an online auction or a Bid-Smart reverse auction to turn a tough negotiation into open competition between buyers.
Is there a lock-in contract?
