Do I pay commission when my home sells?

No. Every plan is a flat fee. With Plus, $4,900 of the $6,900 is paid only on a successful sale, and that amount is the same whatever your home sells for.

What is the difference between Lite and Plus?

Lite is $900 and you run the campaign yourself, with AI tools and listings on realestate.com.au, Domain and three more portals. Plus is $6,900 and a dedicated campaign manager runs the sale for you, with on-call licensed agent support.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. There are no lock-in contracts on any plan. You can pause or withdraw your listing at any time.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, on Unreserved Lite. The $900 Lite fee has a 14-day money-back guarantee. It does not apply to Basic, Plus or campaign upgrades.
