Ben is the founder of Unreserved and a licensed property specialist with more than 15 years in Australian real estate. He built Unreserved on a simple belief: homeowners shouldn’t hand over tens of thousands in commission to sell their own home.
He started on the tools as a licensed agent and auctioneer, calling live auctions and running end-to-end campaigns from inner-city apartments to regional lifestyle homes. That front-row seat showed him exactly where the traditional agency model wastes sellers’ money, and where technology could do the job better and cheaper.
Before founding Unreserved, Ben was Head of Investment at Homely, one of Australia’s largest property portals. He now pairs deep hands-on selling experience with a property-technology background, and specialises in private sales: helping owners run their own campaign, negotiate directly, and settle without a commission bill.
